I replaced it with an new motor-convection from AplliancePartsPros.com. One note of advice: the fan blade unit inside the oven is held on by being tightened counter clockwise and obviously loosened by turning the nut clockwise (lefty loosey/righty tighty does not apply here). Read more

Simple fix. Power off, remove 14 screws, lift top (use wood blocks to hold), unplug white and black wires from fan motor, twist motor assembly counter clockwise and lift to remove. Take new fan motor and do steps in the reverse. Worked like a champ.
