This story is somewhat unique, on Friday 5/23/14 I was cleaning the frig, when I broke the glass shelf. I went online to purchase a new glass shelf. Replacement part was authentic replacement and was installed in about 15 minutes. One thing that was not mentioned in the video...make sure the water spout in routed correctly into the ice maker.
