The display of the control worked, so one might not question it but there is nothing else that would simply shutdown while heating. This part came faster than a 'technician' and 5 sheet metal screws and 4 mounting screws later, the new unit was installed. The only delay was the waiting for the oven to reach full temp to verify that it was working - it is. Found online how to test for issue removed upper back panel with nut driver tested heating elements, temp sensor and controller came down to controller for oven, ordered part standard delivery was at my home in a day and a half WOW, unplugged from wall removed all electrical connectors to controller 4 screws then removed the touch pad from the old controller reinstalled pad on new controller then reinstalled controller and back panel plugged back in to wall. • Frost buildup

Replaced the washer timer. I have been able to coax a bit more life out of these timers by using electrical cleaner and/or emery paper. Cleaning is only borrowing time though. I have replaced this same part three times now, but over a (roughly) 12 year period of time and nearly daily use. Not very difficult. The fridge had power but neither side would cool. I took the inverter out which was only time consuming considering novice experience. I found the part here and purchased it with regular shipping and it arrived the NEXT DAY! How awesome it that! I was a little worried it would be the wrong $200 part , but since you can return it within 365 days I felt better. I put all the wires back together and bolted it back on, turned it on and it started cooling right away! Read more

Ordered 3 parts dealing with heating and drying dishes. Thermostat and heating coil were ordered and installed separately but did not fix the problem. The final control panel repair fixed the problem. Videos explaining how to install the parts were great. Something that would be very helpful would be to include in the videos how to test each part with a voltmeter to ensure it was good before purchasing the part. Bought a new control board and keyboard... I suggest buying the keyboard as well mine was hard-wired together so I would have had to order the keyboard and wait had I not ordered it with the control board... easy to change, had it running in no time Read more

When using the microwave it made a frying sound and completely stopped working. Took cover off (after unplugging) and found filter coil solder joints fried. Took a chance on replacing filter. Works perfectly now. Looking at the solder joints again, under magnification, discovered they were not done properly in the first place. Use caution with cover off, there is a capacitor near the filter that could prove dangerous. Also need tamper proof torx bit to remove 2 of the cover screws, or small... Read more
