Samsung support said "not customer serviceable part, must call for service". Wanted to just replace the plastic cam (attached to hinge), but not sure of the part #. Bought the entire hinge assembly and upper cam riser also (attached to the bottom of the door). Replaced both with the help of Youtube videos. I determined that the cam riser had broken into two pieces. Finding the part was easy on the diagram on the website. It arrived less than 24 hours after it was ordered. Top hinge was removed and the door was placed on a set of horses. One bolt was removed from the bottom of the door, the pieces of the broken cam riser were removed and the new one installed. Bought this door gasket and watched the video, very easy if you just take your time and start in one corner and go to the opposite corner. this way it stretches the seal completely into each corner. do as the video says and it will go great. Read more

The dual inlet valve was the problem. The hardest part of the repair was moving the refrigerator so we could unplug it. The whole job took about 25 minutes and that includes the time we spent emptying and reorganizing the shelves. I love AppliancePartsPros.com. Dropped light panel by removing two screws with socket set. Unplugged two terminals and unclipped the light socket from the base. Then just clipped the new socket onto the base, plugged the connectors onto the terminals and remounted the base. Total job was less than 15 minutes. Read more
