Replace thermistor. Explained to home owner either thermistor or compressor since it was running hot but only 10 minutes to change out. Luckily client still has warranty on fridge to replace old compressor and thermistor. Read more

I watched YouTube videos for two days. I figured out it was the inverter board.I replaced the inverter board and it worked !!! I had to buy a meter to make sure the compressor was still good before I ordered the part. Read more

My problem started with a rusting condition in the ice bin that spiraled out of hand. I took apart the ice bin and all the hardware thinking I could clean it with the suggested baking powder. Plastic parts cleaned up like new, metal parts were pitted. I wire brushed and sanded the parts put it all back together and gave it a try. There is one hinge on top and one at the bottom, but it was none of these it ended up being this hinge that I ordered. Door was having a little hesitation at closing, the door would not pull your hand to close or it would not closed by itself. replaced this part and the refrigerator was fixed. Read more

I changed the filter since it had been a long time since last being installed. Still no ice. I used a hair dryer to warm the water line entering the top of the ice maker in case it was frozen. The new slides fit perfectly. One thing to mention is that the slide rails come with the slide bearings so you do not need to buy those separate. When I called I was told I needed the bearings so I bought 3 assuming I would be able to salvage the others. Turns out I did not need them. Read more
