Our water started to hesitate before dispensing. This happened for about a week and then it stopped dispensing altogether. The ice maker was working, but when I put my ear above the dispenser, I heard no humming when depressed. Searched for a solution and watched some youtube videos and decided to try this part. I installed two burner ignitions under the knobs then installed a new spark module, which I had to order from a different vendor as this is a 20+ year old Caloric stove. Fortunately this spark module is used in many other appliances. Read more

Actually we called Sears repair and they did a good job diagnosing and fixing the problem (Jacob). But they never supplied the part after more than a month, so we got the number from them and ordered it ourselves from you. We had already paid for it, so had them do the work. We would have fixed it ourself but could not figure out how to lift up the entire range top and videos we found were for a totally different stove top and we had no information how to get to the part to replace it.
