Start by removing the frame on the sides and bottom of the door. (Do not unscrew the corner screw holding the side frame and bottom together.) Be careful the glass will fall once the last screw is removed from the bottom so hold tight. Carefully remove glass and set aside. Remove top frame that held the handle. I took the door off via the top torx screw pin, then pryed apart the plastic trim piece that surrounds the inner window pane with the mesh screen. I removed the inside window panel which was a little tricky, and replaced the door handle. I did it with nothing more than a flathead, Phillips, and a torx. The grommet was old and very caked with old dishwasher scum. So water was leaking through where the soap door latch goes into the door. I replaced the rubber grommet (and the plastic latch that came with the kit, even though the old one was probably fine). Fit perfectly and looked just like the old one. Works like a champ, no leaking! Read more
