Replaces a broken, cracked, or missing vent grille on your microwave. This plastic cover installs on top with screws to ensure proper ventilation.
I called and talked to a customer rep to get the name of the part I needed and he took it from there! I ordered the part Friday afternoon and received it Saturday afternoon! This thermal fuse is a safety device designed to cut off power to the microwave if internal temperatures exceed safe limits. It is a small, inline fuse typically mounted near the magnetron or cavity. Replace this part if the microwave has completely stopped working with no display or response, especially after an overheating event.
Replaced the thermostat and it turned on and I have power again. Read more
Complete microwave door assembly with outer panel, inner panel, handle, and hardware. Replaces cracked, broken, or damaged doors. Easy installation.
I had to order a whole new door. That made the repair quite expensive, but also very easy: removed one screw, replaced the door, and put the screw in the new door. Now the microwave looks like new. Read more
Microwave won't turn on or has no power? A blown fuse is often the cause. This safety component protects against electrical surges and short circuits.
I have a Jenn-Air microwave that didn't turn on and had no lights. It just stopped working completely. I unplugged the unit and had to remove the rear cover using a *security screw kit* that prevents people from opening the rear panel. Once opened, I removed the fuse and testing it with an OHM reader to determine that the fuse went bad. But I also had to determine why the fuse blew and noticed a sticky oily substance under the Capacitor. I used a rubber glove and needle nose pliers to... Read more

This is a vent damper door used in the microwave's exhaust system. It opens to allow steam and cooking fumes to vent outside and closes to prevent outside air from flowing back in. Replace this part if the damper is stuck open or closed, if you hear rattling from the vent area, or if you notice poor ventilation or backdrafts during cooking.
We bought a house with an over-the-range microwave, which just recirculated air into our house--not effective for smoky meals! We removed the microwave and cut a hole to send the exhaust out the back of the microwave (and out of our house), but realized we were missing this damper and frame that go on the back of the microwave for rear exhaust. The parts fit perfectly and now we can enjoy a smoke-free kitchen! Read more
This is a small incandescent surface light bulb used inside the microwave to illuminate the cooking cavity. It provides visibility so you can monitor food while it cooks. Replace this bulb if the interior light no longer turns on or flickers intermittently.

If your microwave turntable won't spin or makes grinding noises, the turntable motor likely failed. Simple fix with basic screwdriver work.
I ordered the replacement motor. I unplugged the microwave. Then I simply removed the turntable spindle by lifting it up off the motor from inside the microwave. Next, I removed the 7 screws holing the bottom of the microwave in place. I lowered the bottom of the microwave, giving me access to the motor. I unplugged the two wires connected to the motor, removed the 2 screws holding the motor in place, then put the new motor in place and reversed the steps to complete the job. Read more
Microwave won't heat or stops working? This thermal cutoff thermostat prevents overheating damage. DIY-friendly repair, typically takes 10-15 minutes.
The wonderful parts pros on the phone said that it was probably the diode or the magnetron. So we tried the cheapest way first and it worked so happy to have my microwave back and working for only a few dollars rather buying a new appliance. Read more
Support ring installs beneath the microwave turntable to provide stable, balanced rotation. Replace if cracked, broken, or missing for proper use.
I ordered a plate and support roller from you and it came within two days, unbelievable. My wife was very happy that now she could use her microwave again. The original plate broke. When it arrived I could not believe how well it was packed. You could have dropped it from the empire state bldg. in N Y and would not have broken. The gentleman I spoke with, Nathan I believe, is an excellent representative of your company. Very professional and personable. Thank You so much. You can be sure I will... Read more
This door release lever connects the push-button to the latch assembly inside the microwave. Replacing a worn lever restores smooth, reliable door opening so the button works on the first press.
It took a long time to determine the problem but eventually I discovered that the plastic bracket (latch hook) that held the three door-switches showed appreciable wear from repeated door openings and closings. This wear stopped the door from sealing properly and the door switch safety mechanism blew the line fuse. I replaced the worn bracket (AP6230612) as well as the plastic latch mechanism (AP4553585) on the door that engages this bracket (and of course the fuse too) and the microwave now... Read more
