Removed existing gasket and replaced with new gasket in less than 5 minutes. Very Easy. Make sure to remove the lower burner cover (inside the oven) which allows you to pull the end gasket material through the two circular openings in the frame. Read more

Replace dual infinity switch. The only difficulty is the terminal labels on the new switch did not match at all with the terminal labels on the original switch. The enclosed instructions were NOT helpful. But I contacted your representative, Johnny, and he was most helpful and patient. It took a little longer then I was hoping but wasn’t terrible. If the burner is very old at all make sure to get the new screws. Both of mine snapped when trying to remove them. The new one works great. Read more

• Door won't close

I ordered both hinges (if the nylon roller was bad on the left, it was probably going to go bad on the right side as well). The web site was easy to navigate, order process simple. Hinges arrived quickly. Slide the oven door up and off. unscrew the three screws for the hinge. You need to then pull up with some force (there is a big spring in there), and twist the hinge to get the last bit out. Once I watched the video on your site about gas line install, it became apparent why the line bent when I raised the lid.. also discovered those two rods have nest to go into and the lid/top now sets down tight as designed ( and as an added bonus, gas smell disappeared during oven use) I ordered the gas lines with the model number, ordered all four …. it was a bit of a chore one came up when site opened I picked it, but did not know if it was the RH or LH etc.. so reading some of your answers... Replaced the regulator with part #AP5802175. Watched the video when purchasing, and it was spot on. Would have taken me about 15-20 minutes if I had access to a vise, to remove one of the fittings. Was able to get it out using two wrenches, but it was not without a bit of elbow grease. The new part went in easily. Turned on valve on regulator, plugged in the power, turned on the gas valve, done. Everything worked fine. Easy job for anyone with just a few tools. Read more
