I ordered new parts from your company for my refrigerator. These were easy parts to replace and did not require tools. I was most grateful in being able to order those parts by telephone from your company. This process was surprisingly easy and did not require a long wait to speak to a representative. If you can't pull out the displacement pins on the crisper cover support clips that allow the wall to carry the weight of the cover, slides and drawer, you may need to push those pins in (they fall down the wall) to remove the clip. During the replacement of both front clips, I had one I could remove and one I had attempted to drill a tiny hole in to be able to pull the pin. I only needed the Bracket Assembly motor, not the DC Motor or Fan Assembly that I also ordered so I will be sending those back. The repair was extremely straightforward with a few bumps along the way. All told it took me about an hour. I started with shutting off the breaker for the refrigerator and putting all of the frozen food in coolers. Front-wheel attaches to the shelf above. Where it screws in is kind of flimsy, no way to repair, had to replace the entire shelf, including the glass. Appliances Parts Pros had the best price, and it arrived quickly. You have to swap the metal brackets from the old to the new shelf (2 brackets x 5 screws), and reuse the old wheels as well. My refrigerator was not dispensing ice. I could hear the motor activating but noticed the ice auger was not turning. My old drive shaft was stripped on both ends. Video was very helpful and it was an easy fix for someone with little handyman experience. Received my order much faster than expected! The indication was that when I tried to use the icemaker or water dispenser, the green LED on the front would dim and the ice maker dispenser wouldn't work. It was intermittent at first, but this indicated it may be a power management issue, in that insufficient voltage was getting to the ice dispenser motor. • Ice maker not making ice

Replaced ice maker. The hardest part was getting to the power plug behind the ice maker to remove and replace it. Once the new ice maker was installed it started making ice again. Read more

First Problem - WATER INLET VALVE - After having problems with ice maker not making ice, I troubleshot and replaced the water inlet valve. Video and instructions were excellent. With 16 year old fridge, the water lines had compression fittings in the old valve, so had to cut the fittings off with a razor blade to allow the lines to insert into the new valve press-in type fittings. After taking the two vegetable drawers out from above, the glass shelf, the pantry drawer and the cross support for the glass, you can get to the two recessed hex head screws holding the end cap. You will need to transfer the metal drawer slide to the new cap, but it doesn't need to come off first. When the end cap is loose, gently rotate it toward the front. Once the humidity control slide is at 90 degrees from the back of the refrigerator, the tab holding it in place will slip out easily.... Read more

After reviewing the 'how to' video on AppliancePartsPros.com, I unplugged the refrigerator and removed the back cover to access the motor. I then unplugged the wiring and removed the bad motor. I cut the clip plug and wired it to the new motor, installed the fan blade from the old motor and re-installed the new motor. • Ice maker dispenses too much ice

Ice Door Kit, Control Bracket, and Ice Dispenser Guide were purchased. I followed two videos on replacing the parts. The Control Bracket WP2180226 / AP6005965, was straight forward and I discovered a snapped pin on the old bracket causing an electric switch to be out of place... that repair was easy.
