Trial and error only cooktop unit. Everything mounted into the counter and needed to pull unit out. I figured it was a control switch or the burner itself. I found that turning the water level switch back and forth would activate the machine So I replaced the water level switch and the plastic hose that connected to it. I purchased a clamp in the purchase, but it was the wrong size! There wasn't a clamp used in the original set up, so I installed the switch and hose without it!
