Replaced clutch assembly, gearcase input shaft seal and motor coupler. When I disassembled the washer I realized the shaft seal on the top of the gearcase was leaking and not the input shaft seal. So had to order more parts before I could finish this job. Altogether I replaced agitator dogs, both seals on the gearcase, the clutch assembly and the motor coupler. I took the dryer apart.....first had to clean out all the lint here and there. Took the drum out, inspected the belt and back support wheels. They seemed to be fine. In the front the drum turns on two supports that have a Teflon glide. Those two glides had been worn off with their pad so metal was rubbing against metal. I purchased a freezer gasket + key// from appliancepartspros.com //easy to order. I did not need to lock up my freezer but thought it might help the gasket seat (good thought). This was some repair! My SG1000 stackable is over 30 years old and was purchased second hand.
