Replaced the water valve. Easy repair. The repair video was spot-on. Tools needed: Slip joint pliers for removing and attaching the hoses and moving the hose clip. 5/16 nut driver. I pulled the refrigerator out, removed the back panel, disconnected the fan motor. I did not know how hard or easy it would be to remove the fan from the motor shaft so I removed the motor with the fan attached and then removed and replaced the fan. This would not be necessary if you have a lot of strength, but if you need leverage to push the fan down on the shaft you might want to disconnect and remove the motor fan assembly too. Turned off power supply. Removed two screws (near the oven door) holding the ceramic top. Slid the top forward, disengaged the two power supply cables, and removed one ground wire. Removed range top, and put on a flat surface. Unclamped two power supply wires, one ground wire and one thermocouple wire from the element. Replaced the timer - This should have been a VERY easy repair however, there is a clip (holding the timer to panel) on the bottom of timer than must be removed with a pair of pliers. There is absolutely NO room to access this clip so I had to take apart much of the dryer to gain access. What should have been a 15 minute repair turned into a frustrating hour. Read more

Took off the freezer door, took off the top hinge on the refrigerator door, replaced the handle, re-installed the top hinge and the freezer door. This is a two person job - one to remove the top hinge and replace the handle, while a second person holds the refrigerator door in place. Replacing the handle was easy.
