The Jet Holder with Nut is an OEM part for Bosch ranges and cooktops. It holds precisely machined jets that control gas flow from each burner valve.
Causes may be wear and deterioration from prolonged heating exposure. Physical impacts or damage accumulation over time could also compromise the jet holder.
Symptoms of a bad jet holder can include:
- Inability to adjust or maintain proper flame stability and heat output
- Irregular or uneven flame patterns between surface burners
- Potential gas leaks observed at jet connections

REMOVE THE TOP COVER OF THE STOVE.
THE VENTURI NUTS WERE FROZEN.WITH THE JET HOLDER
I HAVE TO CUT OR DRILL OUT THE VENTURI NUTS TO RELEASE THE STOVE COVER.
IN DOING SO THE JET HOLDERS WERE ROTATED RELATIVE TO THE MOUNTING BRACKET, AS A RESULT, THE TWO TUBING ASSEMBLIES WERE BROKEN.
I ONLY FOUND ONE TUBING ASSEMBLY ON LINE.
THE OTHER ONE I HAVE TO ABRICATE WITH 1/4" COPPER TUBING, COMPRESSION COLLARS AND WITH THE TWO NUTS SALVAGED FROM THE BROKEN PARTS

I removed the natural gas orífice for the top burners and the oven burner and then i set the regulator to work with LP gas. I removed the offices with a deep socket but on the front burners I had to lift the stove top up about an inch and held the assembly with a pair of channel locks because those orifices were on tight and I did not want to damage the bottom assembly by twisting them. Previous owners did kitchen renovation years ago and nobody noticed that delivered stove top was the Propane model (and never converted to nat gas). Flame was weak (took long to cook) and sometimes went out. Boiling water could take a long time.
After shutting off gas and unplugging stove, I followed directions to change setting on regulator and replace LP-sized orifices with nat gas-sized orifices. The orifice spuds can be turned with 7mm socket or nut driver, but pliers are best for last...

Replaced potentiometers, simmer control unit, and 2 solenoids. Could have been a fairly easy project, except 1 of the venturi's had "seized" preventing even the removal of the range top. After attempting to use an "easy out", which failed, I had to drill out the brass venturi, destroying it, and the jet assembly below. Once the range top was removed, the rest of the repair went well.
