This evaporator assembly circulates refrigerant and helps remove heat and humidity from the freezer compartment, restoring proper cold and frost control. Replaces the internal evaporator box to improve cooling performance and defrost function. What it does:

• Houses the evaporator coil to allow refrigerant evaporation and heat exchange
• Enables proper cold airflow and consistent freezer temperatures
• Supports the defrost cycle by routing meltwater to the drain system
