DIY. The delivery to Milwaukee took two days. The project was very easy and took about 1hr. The only tools required were a screw driver (electric) and a pliers. Just make sure your irganized with the screws so you don't lose any or mix up which ones go back in which holes. There's about 20 total screws. It is difficult (if not impossible) to remove the electronic switches from the hard plastic latches. I replaced all three switches and both the upper and lower latches I also replaced the main 20 amp ceramic fuse which blew out when the latch/switches failed. Read more

I replaced the hose between the tub and the pump. The clamp screws were quite rusted but I used a socket wrench on them since they have hex heads in addition to the screwdriver slot. If I had tried to use a screwdriver, I think it would have been difficult. I did not reuse the original clamps but replaced them with hardware store hose clamps. Read more

Very easy fix. Unplugged microwave, then lowered bottom panel, removed the two leads to the turntable motor, removed two screws attached to motor, removed old motor, put new spacer on motor stem, installed motor with same two screws, reattached the two wires, reattached panel ( after cleaning all the grease that built up over the last 6 years), plugged microwave in and good as new! First, I did online research to find out what could be the problem with these symptoms of cold freezer and warm fridge. I found multiple posts with people going back and forth as far as what to do to fix it. One tread even provided the link to your store with the part number for the evaporator fan motor. After many years of excellent service the burner I use most often on the top of my JenAir range rusted through. After trying to remove the burner, which was firmly rusted into place, I decided to replace the cooktop pan, both burners and igniters. It was an easy repair to swap out the new parts for the old, and the only tool necessary was a #2 phillips screw driver.
