I pulled the old gasket off the door then I used rubbing alcohol to clean the mold along the back of the door and in the insert for the gasket seals . The new gasket fit extremely well and was very easy to put in. I waited 24 hours for the gasket to come back to its normal shape. I took it apart and cleaned and lubricated the rear support rollers and the belt pulley roller. I think the squealing was coming from the pulley roller. I then replaced the rear felt as it was badly deteriorated. The dryer now runs much more smoothly and quietly. Read more
