Replacement screw for securing shelf rails, meat pan brackets, and interior panels in refrigerators. Use when original screws are missing, stripped, or lost.
I had purchased a model refrigerator that did not come with the deli/meat pan, and I was told by the manufacturer's customer service department that my purchased model was not designed with the item. I made comparisons with other models that had the deli/meat pan and found that the shelving alignments were the same so I decided to improvise and install the deli/meat pan. The manufacturer's customer service department did assist me with obtaining the appropriate part numbers and I placed the... Read more
Replacement mounting screw for refrigerator panels, handles, brackets, and internal fixtures. Order when original screws are stripped, lost, or damaged.
I wasn’t sure where I could get parts for the fridge, Google brought me here. Super easy to look up model #’s and locate parts by type/location with the appliance map. I needed to change the racks and the doorstop. The racks were super simple. I would have succeeded with the doorstop too, but the holes at the bottom are stripped and the doorstop wasn’t secured correctly in the first place. So that’s frustrating, but appliance parts pros were easy to use, parts came quickly and The video from... Read more

Fastens the outer panel to the interior metal door frame. Replace if stripped, missing, or damaged from wear. Required for oven door handle installation.
Start by removing the frame on the sides and bottom of the door. (Do not unscrew the corner screw holding the side frame and bottom together.) Be careful the glass will fall once the last screw is removed from the bottom so hold tight. Carefully remove glass and set aside. Remove top frame that held the handle. Once all the frame work and outer glass is removed unscrew the bracket that held the door handle from the door. Taking the top frame and bracket insert screw and washer and screw the... Read more

Mounting screw secures panels, control boards, and burners inside your range. Replace if lost, stripped, or corroded to keep components stable.
Replaced the hinge receiver with a new one. The old one was bent slightly inside where it could not be seen. I think someone pushed the door down to far or fell on it. 2 screws to remove it, take out storage drawer and reach up little ways to remove and replace the receiver. Replace the 2 screws. The receiver comes with 2 screws but I ordered an extra ( never used it ). The sides of the receiver were spread just a tiny bit but were enough to cause a problem. Read more

Replaces missing, stripped, or rusted 8-18 thread screws that secure dryer panels, brackets, and components for tight, rattle-free assembly.
It was easy to find the part on appliance parts pros. Once I found it I studied the diagram and determined that there were 3 screws in the drum that needed to be removed. I disconnected power and then removed 3 interior screws. Once I did that I removed the back cover and removed the single screw on the bottom side of the air duct that held it in place connected to the heat tube. I then reversed disassembly. I want to tell you this is a 2 person job. In order to assemble it you need to... Read more
Mounting screw for range oven door handles. Secures the handle to the door panel. Replace when stripped, corroded, missing, or if handle is loose.
Replacing the trim takes a little bit of alignment and light force. The trim slides over the glass panel of the door, with the glass sliding into plastic tabs. We kept the door nearly vertical (almost closed), lined up the tabs on the trim with the glass door, and used mild force to slide the trim down onto the glass door. (Also, we found that the tabs on trim we ordered were much bigger than the tabs on our broken trim. This is probably due to slight variations in Frigidaire's design over... Read more

Self-tapping screw for dishwashers, dryers, refrigerators, and washers. Replace missing, stripped, or damaged screws for secure panel and component mounting.
The start button had been tricky to use. You had to push it in just a certain way to get the dryer to start. Eventually it was non-responsive. All other controls worked and there was no error code displayed. The repair was to replace the whole control board which cost around $100. Heavy sigh.. Be sure to keep track of all your screws. BTW it was not the thermal fuse. All the online videos say this is the first thing to look for when the dryer will not start. Be sure to check with the person... Read more
Secures the dishwasher heating element to the tub from underneath. Replace if cracked, stripped, or missing to prevent leaks at the element mounting point.
First, I took the whole thing apart and cleaned every spot...the main culprit seemed to be the float. It was pretty gunked up and seemed to be not working...after a good cleaning it was fine...but once I pulled the unit out and checked underneath I noticed the heating element was loose, leaking, and had burnt off the blade connecting ire. So I promptly bought this replacement, installed it in about 5 minutes, did a clean cycle, and shes back to normal...I love AppliancePartsPros.com, and use... Read more

Walk into the kitchen on 21 Sep. Eight year old Frigidaire refrigerator appears to be short cycling, controls are nonfunctional. I looked at an exploded diagram of my refrigerator model on the AppliancePartsPros website, called and ordered the part. It arrived quickly. I emptied the shelf on which the guide needed to be replaced, removed the broken guide, and put the new one on (only took one screw). Everything is back and working fine. Read more
