Super easy fix, remove two screws behind drop tray, unplug the wiring harness to dispenser, unplug and remove old pad, then snap new one into place. Reconnect harness. Took less than 5 minutes, works like new.

Repairman said I'd need to replace the entire chute inside at a cost of nearly $400! Ordered the chute myself for a little over $100. Took me about a half an hour to carefully disassemble the water/ice dispenser and replace with the new one. The job wasn't hard, I'm just not a very "handy" guy but I love a good challenge and am very careful not to pull and pry on things which may break. It was literally only 4 screws that had to be removed and some wiring harnesses holding everything together....
