I replaced both items. I lifted the racks out for clearance. with a small screwdriver, I flexed the flat springs holding the whole tube assembly. It came right out. Using the screwdriver, I popped the nozzle off, put the new one. I flexed the flat springs a little back into line to be able to hold the whole tube assembly, put the assembly back in, and pushed the spray arm onto the nozzle. Put racks in. done. Ordered a new spray arm support and the center spray nozzle which threads on to the spray arm support. Works fine again. Correct parts came in three days. All went well. Wouldn't hesitate to order from Parts Pro again. Read more

I replaced both the door seal and the lower door seal. The lower seal was a bigger job and I used a number of YouTube videos to walk me through it. It was a pain, but it worked. Had I called the appliance store the following would have happened - After a week they come out and verify, yet it is leaking and they will need to come back in a week or so after ordering parts. Problem was a failure of the delivery tubing assembly, part #154515602, or part #32 on the Motor and Pump Components parts diagram. There are three water ports on this piece. This accommodates multiple positions of the upper rack while still feeding water to the middle sprayer arm. There is a check valve over the three ports to cover the two not in use. This was not an obvious source of a leak. The Tower Heater Assembly Nut developed a crack over time due to heat exposure. So the leak was gradual slowly getting worse over time. It was a hairline crack that ran down one of the edges of the nut making it hard to see. In talking to a pro he said it isn't a common problem. I was unable to remove the screwed snap outlet, therefore only replaced the upper spray arm and the wash arm retaining clip. This fixed the problem. It would have been helpful if a tip were given as how to remove the screwed in outlet snap nut. Read more
