The Timer Knob is an OEM part for Whirlpool washers and dryers. It is located on the control panel that allows you to set and adjust the timer for different wash and dry cycles.
A bad timer knob can be caused by regular use, accidental damage, or wear and tear over time. If you notice cracks, a loose fit, or difficulty in turning the knob, it may indicate a problem with the knob itself.
Symptoms of a bad timer knob include:
- Cracked or damaged knob surface
- Loose or wobbly fit of the knob on the control panel
- Inability to set or adjust the timer accurately
Replace your faulty timer knob with this genuine OEM part to restore your appliance.

Grasped the Timer and turned counterclockwise to remove and unplugged the wiring clip. The timer is seated to the cover and held securely in place with one screw. I seated the new...
