This push-button door switch detects when the appliance door is closed and allows normal operation. It replaces a worn or failed door interlock to restore reliable start/stop response and user safety. What it does
I decided to change out the left side element and switch. The parts received from AppliancePartsPros cross-referenced perfectly to the OEM model numbers and appeared to be exact duplicates. Replacing the switches was very easy (always disconnect power to the unit before servicing). Bought a new ignitor module as a backup as they do go out of production after 10 years or so- another cheap and easy fix if needed in the future. Read more
