Top rack dishes had a grainy deposit and were not getting cleaned properly Gella S. • Leola , PA • February 14, 2016
I discovered that the water inlet manifold was cracked. Installed the new part which greatly improved the issue but was not completely resolved. Upon further inspection it looked like the arm bearing had seen better days so, since the machine is ten years old I opted to replace the rest of the assembly. Parts came in a timely manner and the repair was easy - top rack dishes are now spotless!

Upper spray arm fell off! Grant I. • Lombard , IL • March 14, 2017
Found the retaining clip on the parts list. Watched the videos to figure out how the upper arm attaches. Tried cleaning out the terribly clogged upper arm. Then looked at the lower wash arm--WOW! Talk about ugly clogs! Watched second video to see how that lower arm comes off. Got the lower arm off and realized all the gunk I was able to poke out of the holes would just come back, so replaced both spray arms. YES, the upper arm includes the retaining clip!!
Parts arrived in 1.5 days....

My ge dishwasher center arm wasn't spinning Becky L. • Gainesville , FL • March 25, 2016
I ordered a new arm kit from AP Pro. I watched the video..easy repair. The arm spin jets were plugged just like the video said. The old washer was also worn. The new arm (genuine GE) had redesigned spin jets, they added two more. I ordered on a weekend, the order was filled on Monday and it was at my door at noon on Tuesday! I didn't do any special shipping. Excellent video, shockingly fast delivery. Amazon Prime (I am a member) would be jealous, and AP Pro has excellent videos.
