Turned off the power. Pulled out the stove. Removed back of upper part of stove. Removed old control board. Took photos with phone to make sure I got wires back on correctly. Only 1 wire was difficult to remove and required gentle rocking with pliers. Put the overlay on the new board. Placed all the clips and wires back on the new board. Turned on power to test. My tenant thought that the oven safety valve was bad, but after some research, I found that the transfer of heat from the igniter had to be sufficient enough to cause the valve to open.Your agent confirmed this and reassured me that even if the igniter was glowing, there was a 99% chance that it wasn't getting hot enough. I unplugged the stove ,cut the 50 amp cord off from the terminal block as it was burned took out the terminal block as it to was all melted .installed the new terminal block with a new stove cord back in business Read more

After a lot of research, we initially changed out the inlet valve. When that didn't fix the issue, we went back to researching, and saw that it could be the freezer door switch. Started with replacing hinges. Had to glue the door hinge to refrigerator and secured with two small screws. This refrigerator is in a business with about 50 employees. Suspect minion was not working for some time causing the hinges to get broken. . Read more
