The blower motor that circulates air through the refrigerator was broken. I had to remove all the shelving and drawers from the refrigerator. Then I had to remove the plastic light cover from the center of the fridge. Then I removed all visible screws to uncover the evaporator/radiator. I then unplugged the light bulb and motor wires. I took all the items out of the refrigerator. Removed the screws that hold the cover over the evaporator motor. Than for three hours used a hair drier to remove ice. The panel was frozen on if you pull on it it will break. Soaked up all the water removed the panel and took the fan blade off. That was difficult because it looks like a regular screw head however, you need to push in that which will cause it to release the blades and than push it onto the new motor. Washer started every cycle just fine. With just 9 minutes left on the cycle, when it started the spinning cycle it would stop and on the display showed a DC error code and it would kick the cycle to the beginning of the wash. Dropped light panel by removing two screws with socket set. Unplugged two terminals and unclipped the light socket from the base. Then just clipped the new socket onto the base, plugged the connectors onto the terminals and remounted the base. Total job was less than 15 minutes. Read more

Took a bit to diagnose. First tried cleaning coils but the problem still persisted. Next took of the back panel and put the system into diag mode. (Press energy save button and fridge button for eight seconds system ding once a second and inverter board red LED will blink a code or be on solid if no issue. Samsung support said "not customer serviceable part, must call for service". Wanted to just replace the plastic cam (attached to hinge), but not sure of the part #. Bought the entire hinge assembly and upper cam riser also (attached to the bottom of the door). Replaced both with the help of Youtube videos. Turn off the water to the ice maker. Unload the freezer and remove the freezer door so you have room to work. Remove the ice maker by removing 2 screws in the front then pull the unit toward the front and unplug the wiring connection. The pipe will now be exposed. Remove the flexible piece from the front of the pipe that directs the water flow to the ice cube tray. Remove the wire tie on the front of the pipe and peel off the insulation surrounding the pipe. With the help of several You Tube videos I was able to diagnose the problem. Diagnosis was confirmed with the help of a multi-meter. The thermo fuse was dead. I ordered the part from Appliance Parts Pros on Wednesday and it arrived via UPS on Friday afternoon. The fuse was very easy to remove and replace and my range was up and running in less than 15 minutes. After dismounting the unit from its wall-hanging bracket, the most tedious part of the repair was removing over a dozen screws holding the cover in place from the top, bottom, and both sides. Fortunately, I had placed the unit on a bench that allowed me to slide the unit allowing access to the screws on the bottom edges of the unit. Ordered a new outer door seal and watched their video before replacing. Easy to follow the video and it took me less than 30 min to complete repair. A small amount of diluted dishwashing liquid on the new seal lip makes the install much easier. Read more
