I went on line and found several appliance web sites promising to be able to get the parts to fix it. One website actually showed a video of how to fix it. It was a good video which showed everything involved and then easily showed me the parts list of the elements involved and how to fix it. I went further and actually ordered the element at about 1 or 2 AM. Read more

Removed 4 screws from back panel and removed back panel. Removed 3 screws and 3 wires from heater element and removed element. Reversed procedure with new element and seal. You will need the seal! Old one crumbled apart. All took less than 10 minutes. Read more

It's was easy to replace. Unplugged the oven from the wall, unscrew the two screws that hold the element to the back of the oven and pulled it away from the oven. Then just pull off the two wires at the end of the bake element. Install the new one in the revers order, easy. Read more

I ordered a replacement burner from AppliancePartsPros.com and replaced it using a u-tube video to find out how to do it. I took pictures of the wiring before I took it apart and then removed the burner element from the glass tom, but I left all the wires attached. I screwed the new element to the glass top and then one by one I unhooked each wire from the broken element and then hooked them each back onto the corresponding place on the new element. I ordered new burner. New terminal block and new switch. Unplug appliance. Removed switch panel. Had 6 star screws and two Philips head screws. Removed switch and remember to keep all screws because you need to reuse them. Also suggest taking a picture of wiring so you remember were to plug them back in on switch. All in all. Easy. Pulled the two screws that hold the top in place. Then lift the top and slide it forward 4 inches. Reach in and disconnect the two wiring harnesses (Squeeze the sides to release). Lift the entire top off and place it upside down on the table. Remove the four screws that hold the metal panel to the top. Flip this panel upside down.
