Once I purchased the correct motor it literally took less that 10 minutes from start to finish to replace the motor. After unplugging the refrigerator, I unscrewed two machine screws to remove the cover and unscrewed two machine screws to remove the motor. I removed the old motor from the housing, installed the new motor, reattached the motor to the refrigerator, replaced the cover, and plugged in the refrigerator. Installation was quick and simple. • Element will not heat

We cut the power, took the control panel off, got the burner switch number from the original part, and ordered a new one. We were a little worried at that point, because your website offered a "replacement" part, with a different number than the original. However, we put the model number into your double check feature and were assured that we were getting the right part. The part arrived in two days and frankly we were still worried, because the new part was slightly larger than the original.... Read more

• Will not fill with water

Replacing the inlet valve solved the problem. The old valve was somehow clogged with white sediment. I probably could have taken it off and cleaned it out if I'd known, but replacing the valve was much easier. Took about half an hour to repair. Video walk through was extremely helpful. The repair was a success. The switch and came looked different from the original. I called Appliance Parts Pro, they lady on the phone said that Frigidaire changed the switch and how to wire it up correctly. Problem solved. It all works as it should. Read more

• Not drying dishes properly

Turned off power to dishwasher. Removed front bottom cover of dishwasher and removed the wires going to each end of the heating element. unscrewed the two nuts holding the faulty heating element in place. Then removed bottmo dish rack and spinning washer arm from inside the dishwasher. Removed old heating element and replaced with new one. Installed in reverse order (tightened two nuts, connected wires, etc.). Turned power on as last step and was off and running...or should I say washing. Read more

My 10 year old frig door was hanging down to the point it wasnt fully closing and sealing unless you picked up on it. I ordered a lower hinge bracket, upper and lower bearing, and spacer.
