I replaced the rear tube that feeds water to the top and middle spinners, and this appears to have fixed the problem. Found the correct USA made OEM part from Appliance Pros, and installed it on my new Dishwasher. The use of this correctly manufactured Adapter prevented any damage to the threads of the dishwashers inlet solenoid valve which is made of a plastic material.
