I watched the video attached to the part schematic for the three parts that work the chute - there is a small motor/actuator and the flap itself (which includes the spring, so really didn’t need to order the spring additionally). The hardest part was getting the cover off - I put tape all around the outside of the edge on the refrigerator to avoid scratching it and then used pry tools I have for automotive repairs (pulling off trim and panels) and was able to get it out without a problem.... I replaced it with a new seal/gasket and insert cover using the video repair clip as a guide from “appliancepartspros.com”. The repair took about 45 minutes using common tools like Phillip and Straight Slot Screw Drivers. A little muscle is required to clip the seal ring because it is spring tensioned.
