Removed the back cover to access the fan area. Clean the area with brush and vac first. Unplugged the Refrigerator. Used a socket set with 1/4" socket. Had an extended and a standard socket. Removed the condensate plastic drain from the bottom of the refrigerator to have more access to the fan. Unplugged the fan motor. Removed the two screws holding the fan in place. • Will not fill with water

After watching the YouTube video provided by Appliancepartspros and checking various forums I determined the dispenser motor had gone out. Turns out, it was a two part problem. The connectors to the motor, and the motor had corroded. Cleaned them both with vinegar. The old motor did a load before I started having problems with the CCU. Followed the instructions that came with the replacement part: made sure stove top was unpowered, unscrewed the old housing from the stove top, cut the wires, stripped some insulation off, attached the new wires with the (accompanying) wire nuts, attached new housing to stove top. Read more

The manual had instructions for pulling things apart, the flaps over the drawer tops and the clear plastic inserts in the shelf. Flaps--Easiest to work with when the shelf is out and upside down. Slide flaps to the side a little to release the axle pin on the flaps from the receptacle hole on the shelf frame. Clear plastic plates are held in with a plastic pin on the side of the shelf frame. Rebalanced the load but noticed the drum was sitting lower and the springs were wore out and it went out of balance easy, so i got the suspension rod kit and installed it and it works much better. It took me 2 hours because i didnt have adequate room to move around. Hour job if you have room. Read more

• Little to no heat when baking

The bake (bottom burner) worked after replacing the ignitor. Becareful and do not drop the ignitor or the element will break. I found out the hard way.
