The baking element in my thermador oven failed Anthony S. • West Hazleton , PA • November 21, 2014
I took the model number of the oven and typed that in followed by replacement backing element.there was a photo of the element that matched the original. They provided an online tutorial as to how to install it. It was very easy because the electrical contacts at the ends of the new baking element slid right into the electrical contacts inside the oven cavity. The only thing that you had to be careful about was loosing the electrical contacts deep inside the oven. But I didn't see it as much of...

Baking element burned out Billy C. • Dixon , KY • November 01, 2015
The delivery of the element was superfast, less than 24 hrs. Unplug the Stove from the receptical! Took a phippips screwdriver and took out the 2 screws holding it, and tilted it upwards a bit and pulled the element out about 3 inches an unhooked the wires.
Hooked the wires up to the new element and pushed it back into the holes and put the 2 screws back in and turned the stove on and that was all there was to that.
