Only one part of the three part main stove burner was working Robert H. • Bonney Lake , WA • January 17, 2015
I ordered a replacement burner from AppliancePartsPros.com and replaced it using a u-tube video to find out how to do it. I took pictures of the wiring before I took it apart and then removed the burner element from the glass tom, but I left all the wires attached. I screwed the new element to the glass top and then one by one I unhooked each wire from the broken element and then hooked them each back onto the corresponding place on the new element. I used the digital pictures I took of the...

Thermador prds366 bake didn't heat but broil works normally Gary D. • Los Altos Hills , CA • March 16, 2015
First guess was the Bake Element, but I ran my hands around it and didn't feel any clue of a break/failure in the element. Further research indicated that the Hot Wire Relay is the next likely cause, that was really bad news because that part is unavailable anywhere. Swapped the H1 and H2 wires on the Hot Wire Relay, and found that Broil still worked, which indicated that the relay was good and the Bake Element was the likely cause. This was good news because that Hot Wire Relay is made...

The heating element of my 25 yr old electric wall oven died Patricia M. • Liverpool , NY • January 06, 2016
Ordered the replacement part the recommended by your parts department. I then watched a video so I knew what was in Store. The part arrived in less than 2 days & 15 minutes later I was baking brownies!!!!! Voila!!! Done deal!!! Now I am going to order a second one to replace the lower oven's element since it's been 'off' for over a year. The local appliance repair had informed us that it would charge $125 for the initial 30 minute service call to come in to inspect the appliance,...

The broiler heating sheath was not operational Gregory A. • Suffolk , VA • June 08, 2016
I ordered the both the Pcb assembly and a heater sheath. Upon accessing the Pcb, I immediately discovered it had failed miserably, (contacts burnt and melted, wiring and insulation on one wire suffered severe electrical damage. To put it bluntly a small electrical fire had occurred on the circuit board. There was enough slack in the damaged wire so I removed the affected area, replaced the terminal.
Replacing the Pcb was a snap. Disconnect the power, remove the rear cover, prior to removing...

Burners and knobs missing or not working properly Barbara H. • Batesville , AR • February 16, 2015
The burners and drip pans that I previously ordered fit this stove perfectly. It is so much better cooking on the cook stove with the burners laying properly. I'm very pleased. My only complaint is that I wish more parts were available for this old stove, I really love it!

One surface element and part of the top glass are broken Jason S. • Cupertino , CA • November 18, 2014
First, I just unscrewed all nuts that are holding the frame and all surface elements. Once all parts, surface elements, control switches, are loose from the original glass, I just moved all parts to the new glass. Due to the weight of the glass, all actions have to be done carefully as I broken one corner of the glass couple of years ago when I replaced one of the control switch.

Dual burner on maytag slide in range circa 2002 burned out James S. • Boca Raton , FL • January 07, 2017
Installed replacement burner. Not a one-to-one fit where the wiring is concerned but everything needed to effect the change out was provided with the part.
It is important to make notes of what was connected to what on the old one and to compare that to the new one. I used a download of the wiring diagram to good effect because it has the color code for the wiring on it. I am an engineer and can read such things which the average DIY'r might not be able to do so the notes will help.
