This tube delivers incoming water from the inlet valve to the wash system inside the dishwasher. I took the inlet valve apart, found it was clogged with sediment, so I cleaned it and reinstalled it. Water was still not filing, so I figured the valve was sticking. This is the complete upper rack assembly for a dishwasher, including the rack frame and roller wheels for smooth sliding in and out of the tub. It holds cups, glasses, and smaller items during the wash cycle.
