Do-It-Yourself Stories from Customers like You Dishwasher would not fill with water   Robert N. • Susanville , CA • January 09, 2016

I took the inlet valve apart, found it was clogged with sediment, so I cleaned it and reinstalled it. Water was still not filing, so I figured the valve was sticking. I ordered a new valve, because $30 was a lot cheaper than a new dishwasher. I took out the old valve with two screws, and disconnected the supply line, the brass elbow, one hose, and a wiring harness. I reattached it in the same place, re-using the all the other parts, and once I turned the power and water back on, it worked as... Read more

Do-It-Yourself Stories from Customers like You The clean light blinking 7 times.   Kevin S. • Rochester , MN • January 14, 2023

After reviewing the other repair stories related to this "7 blinking light" syndrome, I contacted their support staff via Chat. I relayed my symptoms along with model number of dishwasher. She indicated that this would normally mean an issue with either the heating element, the high limit thermostat, or the control board.
