Refrigerator door bins cracked. Took them out of the box placed them. 30 seconds. Read more

Gasket and liner arrived as planned. Clips were a day later. Used "hog ring" pliers to remove the clips, worked great. Pre-punched holes in the gasket did not match the original but the plastic liner did. Used an ice pick to punch the gasket and inserted the clips. This is a chest freezer, so install the hinge side first. Read more

• Won't start

First I have an LG French Door with a bottom freezer. It quit cooling. I went on line and watched some very informative You Tube videos. I trouble shot according to these videos. In these videos it shows that if there is a click coming off the compressor it has too meanings, the compressor is froze or the start relay is bad. I ohmed the compressor and had no open wires in the compressor. I then shook the relay and it was making noise. The videos stated that is there is a noise in the relay... Read more

The repair was a success. The switch and came looked different from the original. I called Appliance Parts Pro, they lady on the phone said that Frigidaire changed the switch and how to wire it up correctly. Problem solved. It all works as it should. Read more

First the old part was difficult to access in this model washer (Frigidaire Gallery Series front load washer). Online chat here said that the oven sensor should be replaced. I got the feeling that was a bit off, so I went with my gut and ordered the thermostat as well. Replaced the sensor and that didn't fix it. Replaced the thermostat and it worked like a charm! Disappointed that they were overconfident in their answer and it would have taken me more days to fix - but, the products came in quickly (basically, next day) and were correct.
