This moisture sensor consists of two metal strips typically mounted inside the dryer drum area that detect the moisture level in clothing during a drying cycle. It signals the control board to end the cycle when clothes reach the desired dryness. Replace this sensor if your dryer shuts off too early with clothes still damp, runs too long, or if the auto-dry cycle no longer functions properly.
Simple unscrewed the set screw, removed the broken sensor-moisture part, attached the leads, and reattached the part to the back of the dryer. Took about 4 minutes. Read more

This metal bracket supports the drum bearing at the rear of the dryer, helping to hold the drum in proper alignment as it rotates. It provides a stable mounting point for the bearing assembly that the drum rides on.
