I first ordered a new basket because the old one would not seat properly. I had already replaced the ice maker a year ago. That didn't solve it . Everything kept icing up and the thing would quit. This was a two and half year issue as different things failed at different times. I would get one part, then another would fail. The drive blade has come off of the drum and the auger. When I try to dispense ice and the auger rotates, the drive blade does not rotate with it. Hence, the drive blade was not pushing ice into the drum (and into the ice crusher housing and dispense chute).
