Replaced the defrost heater, Temp sensor, and defrost thermostat. I'm pretty sure the defrost heater was the only faulty part, but I replaced the other parts to be safe. Took me about 20 minutes start to finish. I know the defrost heater was bad because it failed the continuity test.
Parts were delivered within 3 days! This is the second time using Appliancepartspros.com and I will not go anywhere else.

I removed the back panel in freezer and light cover then the following: remove the rusted clips, unplug heater and replaced new heater, the thermostat defrost I unfasten, clip on replacement and connected plugs.
