While this is a Whirlpool dishwasher, I have the Kenmore Elite version of it. I believe them to be identical for parts. A little background: The first symptom I had of problems was plastic bits from the ball bearing retainer strips in the slides falling out. Then ball bearings falling out. Ordered a replacement part off another site that came in with an incorrect molded connection to the Spray Arm. The part broke my tabs on the Spray Arm and instead I bought both parts from this site. Both items were correct and resolved the issue. Read more

The part just snaps on the basket. You have to remove the clips on the end of the runner arms to be able to remove the basket. Once it was out the old arm snap off and you snap on the new arm. Only problem was my old arm was fine and I wished the company would just sell the gasket. It seems a waste to have to purchase the whole arm. I ordered the sprayer arm (nozzle assembly) and guide assembly. It took about five minutes to remove the old and install the new. Very simple and fixed the problem. Read more

Removed 8 hex screws and the cap to remove the broken threads...used needle nosed pliers for this, stuck them in and expanded them to put pressure on the thread sleeve from the inside, as threads were broken off below the edge. Replaced all very simply Read more

Funny, my husband did it. We have a service contract but you know how long that still takes. So he found the part at the bottom of the dishwasher and it had a number on it. He went to your site and and found the part. Yes it was a little cheaper else where like everything else but what the other sites didn't have he said was the video on how to do it. I did not know how to remove the broken spray arm so when I muscled it out, the spray arm base broke. We ordered the replacement parts from appliance parts pros and received them within 2 days. I looked online to find out how to remove the spray arm base. I removed it be unscrewing the base, screwing the replacement base, and then snapping in the new spray arm. We tested the dishwasher and it worked just like it was new. Another new task learned and completed!! Read more
