After turning off the gas and unplugging the electricity, I removed all the burners from the stove top using a 3/16" hex socket. Then used a 1/4" socket to removed two or three screws under each burner which hold the burner base to the bottom of the top panel. Then pulled all the knobs and removed the front panel which was held in by two Phillips screws accessible from underneath the panel. It helps to open the oven door to get at these screws. The error code indicated the washer wasn't getting any water, although the basket was filling to an unusually high level. After checking the inlet hoses and their connections but without opening the top cover to see the actual water level pressure switch, I went ahead and ordered the part. After receiving the switch, I opened the cover and found the original switch had fallen off it's mounting (for who-knows how long ago) and was resting against the drum. I drained the dishwasher by hand, disconnected power, water, and drain under the sink. I removed the screws holding the dishwasher in place. I located the pump with the online owners manual and removed it leaving the power connected. I put the machine on the rinse cycle and then hit cancel, the pump is supposed to come on, it didn't, I tried it twice, each time it would start if I manually started it spinning. So I ordered a new drain pump and reversed the removal procedure. Everything worked... Read more

Removed some screws, opened the top of the wash machine, unplugged some wires to remove the part, plugged the wires back into the mew part, put the new water valve into place, secured the water valve with the screw, put the top back on the wash machine, and replaced all remaining screws! Real Simple! Read more

Called repairman who diagnosed the problem. He said burner valve would cost around $125. I went online and found it for $35. Sears direct cost $43. Repairman installed and works great. Appliance parts was same part for less and shipped overnight for $9. Read more

Purchased a new valve online, and installed it myself. Removal of the old valve was very simple. I had to slightly modify the water lines to accommodate the new valve. Read more

• Little to no heat when baking
• Gas igniter glows, but will not light

From the Appliance Parts website I watched a 3 minute Youtube video. The video actually explained the process on another range but it was enough information for me to do the project myself. The part came 2nd day UPS and I installed it in under an hour. The only hitch was that I didn't see the note (maybe it wasn't there) that explained how the valve is set for Natural gas and that for LP gas I'd need to adjust the jet that goes into the burner tube.
