I ordered this part and replaced it myself. The photo confirmed I had the correct part. I removed the crisper drawers and all (took 1 minute) and couldn't figure out how to remove this part. Some of the notes claimed there were screws holding it on but that is not correct. One of the large tabs on this part is what keeps this part in place. Plastic drum was broken and wasn't pushing the ice through the crusher teeth. Received my part pronto and made the repair. Was an easy fix, took about 15 min from start to finish. I ordered a replacement handle and screws. The process was very easy with the help of one of your "pros" who found all the parts needed and took my order. I didn't realize I was getting both a refrigerator door handle and a freezer door handle in one set, but now we have the freezer handle if we need it. Removing the old handle and installing the replacement was very easy. It looks great, in fact the replacement is metal, whereas the original was plastic, so it looks better than it ever did!
