• Light not working

My problem started with a rusting condition in the ice bin that spiraled out of hand. I took apart the ice bin and all the hardware thinking I could clean it with the suggested baking powder. Plastic parts cleaned up like new, metal parts were pitted. I wire brushed and sanded the parts put it all back together and gave it a try. Order part and removed 3 hex head screws at top front edge of dryer and slightly lifted up on control panel to lift off pane. It has hangers that support panel while servicing. Remove 2 screws at inside top edge of dryer opening (where lever of switch protrudes) disconnect 3 wire clips at old switch and restore wire clips at new switch and place switch into position and restore 2 screws to secure switch body. Removed front of dryer panel, removed top, and removed drum. Replaced motor and wheel, because the old wheel was rusted on the motor shaft, and could not be removed, so I had to break it off. Replaced motor, and reassembled. Everything works now. I also replace the switch-Pb, because the start button was getting stuck. Read more

My husband and myself didn't agree on which part was the exact problem. He felt it was the valve. I felt it was the ignitor/ orifice. And we both agreed the Harness-Ignitor needed to be replaced. So we ordered all 3, and I'm not sure if in fact all three were needed or not, but now with those parts replaced, the range is working like brand new!! Removed & replaced igniter switch assembly. The hardest part was figuring out how to remove the range top...look up a YouTube video with your manufacturer and model number to see how to do it. Read more

Googled the issue and was told to replace the motor relay. I ordered new relay form App. Parts Pros and it arrived in less than 2 days. After some relatively simple dis assembly of the dryer I replaced the relay. Dryer works fine now. Read more

Well started with the bulb switch when that didn't work, i continue with the next switch which was the door switch, then it worked just make sure the light bulbs are good, because i went thru 4 bulbs Read more

After trouble shooting what f21 error was. I cleaned all hoses from the tube hose to all discharge hoses. I actually replace the washer discharge hose. I still got the same error. I had a few conversations with your service techs. They gave me great advice each time I called. I diagnosed this problem via the web and the advice was spot on. The problem was a failure of the bottom door switch. I used a multimeter to verify that the switched never closed properly. It took me a minute to figure out how to remove the old switch (press a release tab under the switch while simultaneously rotating counter-clockwise). That was about the most difficult part of the repair. Read more

Talked to a representative at your company they said it was probably the infinite switch. I purchased all four switches, replaced all four burner switches. Very easy to do. In less than an hour to replace all four. Read more

Replaced faulty latch with new latch. New latch was different configuration, but the fit was okay. The only issue was that the wires to the electric motor were just barely long enough. Overall easy repair if you have a T15 Torx bit, phillips screwdriver, and 1/4" nut driver. Hardest part is removing the gas cooktop to gain access to the cleaning latch. 0.
