I watched videos on the disassembly of my dryer model, and got the model number hiding on the upper dryer door jamb. I had previously replaced the pump about 1 year ago. That was not the problem. Still leaked the same way - intermittently, but always in the center of the washer onto the floor. I replaced the adjusters on both sides (since two rollers broke off on one and one broke off on the other). Replacement was easy, just remember to keep the clips from the original adjusters. Take the clips off, remove the adjuster, replace with the new adjuster, and replace the clips. The new adjuster comes with the rollers already attached so no need to keep the ones from when plastic axle broke on the original adjusters. Read more

My Whirlpool dishwasher was leaking out the bottom of the door. I replaced the gasket and the lower door seal. When I ran a test wash, it was still leaking. I took the bottom access cover off, and checked underneath the unit to isolate where it was leaking from. Cleaned the cover, and the spot where the leak happened was marked for me. The front, far left hand side, behind the door. Ran a quick rinse cycle with a pan under the spot to verify it was there. It was. Then I did an internet search and found your website. Our Kenmore (Whirlpool) refrigerator's ice maker had stopped making ice. I bought new gaskets, which were expensive! At least the repair was easy. Pulled out the old ones, pressed in the new ones. Had to redo them because I didn't notice the little flaps that need to be covering the space in the middle, between the doors. So, pulled them off, and turned them around, and pressed them on again. Our 19 year old Whirlpool dryer quit heating. After checking the thermal fuse, I found the ignitor electrically open. I bought an ignitor at a local store as there was a national holiday the next day and I did not want the dryer inoperative waiting several days for shipping. Thanks to Jason and his tech people at Appliance Parts Pro, I was able to remove and replace the seal and eliminate all leaks at the bottom of the door.
