Other than the indignity of having to buy a $28.00 bulb!! Installation required pulling the entire unit out of the wall and removing the sheet metal cabinet from around the microwave. All the fasteners were Phillips head screws except two, which were pin in Torx security type heads. REALLY? Requiring me to drive to Harbor Freight and spend an additional $6.00 for a 33 piece set to get the ONE size I needed. Buyer Beware!!! I replaced the controller. I had a heck of a time figuring out how to get to it. The video on the website showed access to the control via the rear panel. On the Kitchen Aid we have, the back panel is part of the range's main frame and does not come off. Turns out, 2 screws behind the fluorescent lamp had to be removed and the entire control panel housing lifts up and can be tilted forward.
