Removed 8 hex screws and the cap to remove the broken threads...used needle nosed pliers for this, stuck them in and expanded them to put pressure on the thread sleeve from the inside, as threads were broken off below the edge. Replaced all very simply Read more

I ordered the sprayer arm (nozzle assembly) and guide assembly. It took about five minutes to remove the old and install the new. Very simple and fixed the problem. Read more

The part just snaps on the basket. You have to remove the clips on the end of the runner arms to be able to remove the basket. Once it was out the old arm snap off and you snap on the new arm. Only problem was my old arm was fine and I wished the company would just sell the gasket. It seems a waste to have to purchase the whole arm. The complete job took me about 10 minutes from start to finish. I ordered the part online a Sunday afternoon and it arrived at my house on Tuesday. Read more

Funny, my husband did it. We have a service contract but you know how long that still takes. So he found the part at the bottom of the dishwasher and it had a number on it. He went to your site and and found the part. Yes it was a little cheaper else where like everything else but what the other sites didn't have he said was the video on how to do it. I didn't know what was wrong at first. All I knew was that it was not cleaning well at all (especially top rack) and leaving food particles on everything. After reading reviews, I went ahead and ordered the complete sprayer arm with the orbital sprayer and the bottom door gasket. It fixed the problem ! So I’m not sure which was needing replaced but I didn’t want to have to wait longer if I needed the other part so I replaced them all that could be causing the problem.
