After reading reviews, I went ahead and ordered the complete sprayer arm with the orbital sprayer and the bottom door gasket. It fixed the problem ! So I’m not sure which was needing replaced but I didn’t want to have to wait longer if I needed the other part so I replaced them all that could be causing the problem. The only problem with the whole experience is that 3 plastic pieces should not cost $180 !! Read more

Replace the sprayer in the middle of the dishwasher, the problem was the grommet on the back of it but it's not available individually. Read more

I discovered that the manifold was not connecting with the water supply,so the dishes in the upper tray were not being washed. This was caused because the rear hanger on the manifold had broken and it did not lineup properly into the water supply connection in the back of the dishwasher. I removed the manifold and found that it had two part numbers stamped on it. I searched on both part numbers and received a hit on the second part number. Chopper screen was completely blocked. Chopper blades separated from the shaft. Retainer ring came off of the shaft but was able to re install the chopper assembly. Worked fine after cleaning the screen and reassembly the lower spray arm. Lower spray arm hub tab broke when removing so purchased a new one with a new bearing.
