I replaced the water inlet valve. Apparently, the hard water in my house slowly deposits crud around the valves such at over time, the valve seals quit forming a tight seal when closing. This allows water to slowly leak through, even with the machine off. I removed the top of the washer, disconnected hoses and wires and replaced the valve in fairly short order. Googled the model number with the trouble code LF and was given a result of "bad fill valve " 99% the problem. Entered the model number with part discerption, Appliance Part Pros .com came up with the part availability . ordered it researched on you tube found a few vids on how to change none where right , But after removing the control panel and then the back could see how too get it out , the new pat came with new wiring harness so that made it even easier.
