Ordered the springs and shocks. Noticed that the washer had placement for 4 springs, but the factory only installs 2 (or they forgot to install the other two on my machine). If you replace the springs, be sure to check for the spring bracket mount. You will also need those. The washer is running fine. Next I'll work on the dryer. Read more

Purchased replacement door gasket (seal). Pulled old gasket from its groove around door. Easily pressed the replacement gasket into the empty groove. Repair complete. Read more

Its under warranty so I called Sears repair. The Technician determined the pump was bad order. After a month of waiting for Sears to order the part and the back and forth on the phone, I looked for the part myself. You guys sent the part and in 2 Days my washer is working again. Replacing the Door Gasket is very easy and will take about 2-3 mins per door. Simply remove the Gasket Retainer (1 screw), and pull off the old Gasket. Install the new gasket by simply pushing the gasket clips into the holes where the old clips came out from. Be sure to start gasket at the first hole either side of the Gasket Retainer and work your way around. Reinstall Gasket retainer.
