We ordered the parts as needed Was helped by the CHAT line. It was great. I paid for a two day delivery. The box came on time, except the Back splash was not in the original box. (That was a VERY necessary item. I called for the Back splash to be sent. We then realized we needed another small part. It came the next day! Still no Back splash! Another call was made.
