Ordered boot, nozzle, and inner spring for boot. Would have ordered outer, but the schematic for parts made it very difficult to navigate to locate parts...24 hr/next day air and I have a happy wife. The only thing that would have made it easier, was having a pair of Spring Expansion pliers, be careful not to pinch inner boot! Because of the design of the plates holding my LG dryer on it's pedestal (screws on the pedestal and two face tape on the dryer end of the plates), I needed to order a set of replacement plates. Ordered a new drain hose and coupling to attach to the garbage disposal. Parts arrived in less than a day, awesome. Watched video on your site showing how to do it. The parts fits perfectly! I side mounted the brackets to the washer tub and then drilled into my cabinets for a tight perfect fit! My dishwasher is no longer falling forward when the drawer is out to load dishes. The best part was the chat! I found and ordered the part on chat. How easy was that?????? Read more

As described, thanks your helped repair what the repairman would not or could not do.. Bottom element shorted and burned up from previous homeowner, not sure why or how? Replaced both heating elements, still no heat, the clock controller was also damaged due to the shorting even though it appeared to work OK, just no heat. Replaced clock/controller , both elements and the temp sensor .ALL WORKING !!! Lots of scrubbing and now have a "new" oven.! Half the cost of the serviceman, Saved my oven... Read more

Bought a used pedestal and washer set. No brackets to mount. DO NOT BUY THE KIT FOR $175.00! Do your research. I was able to buy only brackets I needed costing 24$ for all. Kit must come with every possible bracket that might be needed and even so should only cost $35.00. Kit is highway robbery, absolute consumer rip off. Read more
