This is a 6-inch radiant heating element rated at 1200 watts that sits beneath the glass cooktop surface on an electric range. It provides heat for smaller burners used in everyday cooking. Replace this element if the burner fails to heat, heats unevenly, or does not respond when turned on.
It was very easy to find the part we needed, I put the model number in and it showed all the parts. Picked the broken buner, ordered it and was amazed, it came the next day.
