Elena V Plano , TX August 06, 2019 Our spiral grill element caught on fire after about 10 years of heavy use The new element we received had a little jumper piece connecting the wrong plug-in pins. After taking jumper out with a flat screwdriver and placing it to where our original element had it, we plugged the new element in and got a working grill again.
